You have questions about keyingress? No problem. Call us or send us an email. We'll help you as quickly as we can. We solve 90 per cent of all support requests within 60 minutes. Our support team is ready to answer your questions Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In the unlikely event of a major failure, we are available around the clock.
Onboarding
Buying new survey or panel software usually involves a lot of time and money. In addition to training users, ongoing projects and panels might have to be migrated to the new solution. We will help you every step of the way. A dedicated contact person will answer all of your questions in the first months and ensure a successful onboarding.
Questionnaire programming
You need to create a questionnaire and all your employees are tied up? Ask us to do it for you! We'll programme it according to your specifications and send you the finished questionnaire. If you wish, we can even set up the whole project for you. So you have more time and can run more projects.
Panel service
Whether landing page, layout, panel structure or profiling depth, the Ingress experts are happy to help you redesign or migrate your existing online panel. We can also help you implement recruiting methods and set up the Panel app. It’s all part of our service! Our project management consists of creating questionnaire layouts, setting up quotas and integrating external panels – we’re your partner for all of the management aspects of your feedback project. For longer term tracking projects, we will provide full project support and quality assurance. You will have a dedicated contact person who understands every aspect of your project. Online surveys
You can use our services even if you don't use our software. For example, we can create your online survey for you. All you have to do is send us the specifications and we’ll create your project according to your requirements. Your survey will be hosted on our high-performance servers. We can even handle a large number of cases without a problem. Our live dashboard enables you to follow the progress of every stage of your project and you are given the data for analysis when the survey has been completed.
Training
A training course is the best way to get started with our feedback solutions. The topics discussed in the training course are defined and agreed with you in advance. Training courses can be held as an in-person event at your premises or online. You can benefit from our training courses even if you already have experience with our software. When onboarding new hires, for example, or if you’d like to use one of our tools that you’re not familiar with.
Dashboard service
Creating a meaningful dashboard is an art. It begins with the design followed by the technical implementation and ends with maintenance.
