Time is money. This applies in particular to telephone interviews (CATI) for which we have developed special questionnaire functions that enable the questionnaires to be controlled with the keyboard so you no longer have to navigate them with the mouse. The next question is immediately displayed after an answer so the Next button doesn’t have to be clicked. Try it yourself!
The Quota Management in the keyingress survey software controls your telephone interview. Quotas are based on sample or questionnaire variables and created in an intuitive user interface. You can also use the optional script version and programme the quota yourself. Not all quota cells are equally easy to reach, which is why the quotas can be prioritised. As soon as the number of interviews has been reached in a quota cell, telephone numbers are no longer presented. This is an efficient way of working.
No interview partner is lost with the Follow-up Management in the keyingress survey software. Call back tomorrow at 10 am? A few clicks and the call is scheduled. Follow-ups are automatically displayed to the interviewer with a clear distinction between personal and general follow-ups. All follow-up rules can be defined individually. You can also change follow-ups later, e.g. when an interviewer cancels at short notice.
With keyingress Monitoring, you always have your ongoing telephone surveys under control — in real time, of course. The Supervisor Monitor is the heart of the Monitoring function. Your interviewers’ live status is displayed in a clear and well-structured form. You immediately see whether an interviewer is busy or on a break. The quota status is also displayed. Quotas that don't have enough participants are indicated as a traffic signal so you can take action proactively.
Take advantage of the benefits of our CATI solution even if the questionnaire is programmed in a different application. External questionnaires are easy to integrate with our keyingress survey software either as a dynamic link or as personal links. And to top it all off: for the secure storage of the interview status – e.g. completed interview or screenout – there are CATI redirect links, which are simply added to the external questionnaire and guarantee high data quality.
International projects can be challenging. Different languages and time zones create interesting challenges for project management. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could show things to respondents during a telephone interview? For example, respondents wouldn't have to come to the studio anymore to test TV advertisements. You could also discuss more complex topics. The ability to co-browse in a telephone interview turns a passive respondent into an active respondent. The interviewer can show them images or videos by sharing a webpage that enables them to log into the questionnaire. All of the elements the respondent is allowed to see are automatically displayed.
keyingress’s staff scheduling function enables you to assign shifts to your interviewers, so you can see which interviewers are working when. Interviewers can also schedule their time themselves. All you have to do is create shift schedules and release them for the interviewers. You can assign interviewers to cover your needs, for example, by determining how many interviewers you need for each shift, for example, more in the evening than in the morning.
