Sample management for experts

Sample Management is the flexible foundation for telephone interviews (CATI, Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) with keyingress. You create the data fields, such as telephone number and name, and import the sample data from an Excel or CSV file. Only a few clicks are needed to temporarily block numbers, and prioritise or update data. You manage big projects? Even with samples with several million telephone numbers, Ingress’s Sample Management impresses with its performance.

Integrated dialler

With the integrated diallers, automatic dialling translates into real efficiency gains. Incorrect or busy telephone numbers are recognised and, if necessary, dialled again at a later time. This enables your interviewers to focus on the important stuff: conducting interviews. We have integrated three leading diallers with keyingress: Achat by Authensis, Invade’s dialler system and Elsbeth by Enghouse. Whether as an online or on-premises solution, long-term or only for individual projects, you decide how you want to use the diallers.

Mixed-mode surveys

All survey channels in the keyingress survey software can be combined with each other, e.g. telephone and online surveys. The first contact takes place by telephone, after which the participants can decide whether they want to answer the questionnaire by phone or online. In this case, the survey link is sent directly from the telephone interview.

Intuitive interviewer user interface

The interviewer user interface in the keyingress survey software is very intuitive. Participants that need calling are automatically displayed, so the interviews can start immediately. The creation of follow-ups or the pausing of interviews is self explanatory. You will love how little training time your interviewers will need.
