360-degree feedback analysis

The evaluation is carried out in the form of an online survey.
Analyzing the leadership style provides insight into a manager's leadership behaviour. Managers are evaluated by their direct reports and also perform a self evaluation. This juxtaposes their self perception with the interpersonal perception and provides good starting points for further education.
