Filter, share, export

You can control the report view based on answers or imported information (sample data), for example. Save your reports and share them with your colleagues or clients. You’d like to present with PowerPoint? No problem. All reports can be exported as real PowerPoint files.

Cross tables for professional data analysis

Integrated cross tables enable you to recognise relationships between your data in no time because all questionnaire variables can be crossed with each other. The automatic calculation of the Net Promoter Score (NPS), mean values and top boxes provides deeper insights. Tables can be flexibly filtered, e.g. by answers given or imported sample data. For further processing, the tables can be shared - also together with charts - or exported to an Excel file.

AI-based text analysis

With Ingress' AI text analysis, you can evaluate the results of open-ended questions in no time at all. Simply select the question and the AI will suggest categories, perform sentiment analysis and identify key statements. Everything is fully automated. The assignment of individual responses to categories or sentiments is also automatic. However, you can intervene manually at any time and change categories or assignments. Thanks to integrated AI-based translation, global studies involving different languages are no problem. The results of the AI text analysis are available in online reporting, in the dashboard and in the data set for further evaluation.

Field report

Once your surveys have gone live, you can monitor them with the field report. It shows you the number of questionnaire results, the duration of the survey and where the participants quit the questionnaire. If you sent email invitations to participants, you will also see the relevant statistics, e.g. the response rate.

Dataset

keyingress’s multichannel approach makes it possible: a dataset for different survey types. Or for different surveys. Or for different target groups. As you can see, the possibilities are endless. All you have to do is select the desired options, start the export and choose one of the many available formats: Excel, CSV, ASCII, TripleS or labelled SPSS dataset. The dataset is the best basis for the further analysis of your surveys.

Dashboard for even more possibilities

If the standard reports aren’t enough, you can always add our Dashboard module for individual projects or any number of months. The dashboard is easy to configure. You select the display formats, filters and data sources yourself. All results are displayed in the dashboard in real time.
