Whether 1 user or 100 users, you can’t go wrong with the keyingress survey software. You add the users to keyingress and send them their login credentials yourself. Users can be company-internal team members, e.g. project managers who manage surveys in keyingress, or external users such as your clients. When you carry out telephone interviews (CATI), the ‘interviewers’ are also considered as users. You can set the users’ language, menu rights and other options yourself in the User Management function. Access to the different clients can also be defined at the user level.

Security and Convenience through Single Sign-on
The single sign-on (SSO) option allows your users to log in to the keyingress survey software with their normal login details, e.g. from the Windows environment. keyingress thus integrates seamlessly into your existing authentication infrastructure. Your benefit: faster access to the platform, maximum security through central user management and less support effort. Our SSO is compatible with all common identity providers. Setup is easy via the keyingress administration interface.
